We provide trustee services holding title to real estate in Florida land trusts. Locally owned and operated. We are not a conventional "trust" company. Our specialty is representing real estate investors in Florida as their trustee under the Florida land trust statutes.

Section 689.071, of the Florida Statutes is known as the "Florida Land Trust Act." Land trusts have been around for hundreds of years and are well established in English common law. The State of Florida first codified land trusts into the statutes in 1963. Florida has strong land trust laws specifically designed to protect land owners from creditors.

As trustee we are the record title holder on the deed so that creditors, attorneys, & the general public do not know who the true principal owner of the property is. You as beneficiary of the trust have full control over the property and we serve at your direction. Our firm will only sign important documents once you have approved us in writing to do so. This gives you anonymity.
